I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler for regular scheduled service and figured it would be done that day. I had forgotten to mention when I scheduled the appointment that my side mirror was not working correc service and figured it would be done that day. I had forgotten to mention when I scheduled the appointment that my side mirror was not working correctly and it turned out I had to leave the car there for a couple days while the part was ordered. Not a big deal except I didn’t bother putting the top on the Jeep since I figured I’d get it back that day. Even though there was no rain in the forecast, Shawn offered to park the Jeep inside at night (there was also a ton of pollen in the air those couple days). Definitely not something he needed to do since I was too dumb to put the top on, but Shawn went above and beyond in this case. Thanks for the excellent service! More

Everyone at the dealership was great. When I first arrived I met Colleen at the front desk, she was very pleasant and sent me to Service where Nick got me set up.
