I am originally from New York and moved to Florida when I was 11. After graduating high school, I served 4 years in the Army. While in the Army, I was stationed in Berlin Germany. I earned my degree from the University of Maryland. I have been in the automobile industry most of my life. When I was in high school, I was a car porter at a Cadillac dealership and then after the Army, I became a Service Advisor at a Ford dealership. I have been the Service Manager at Crown Nissan since April 2001.

I’ve been a customer of Crown Nissan of over 10 years I came in for an oil change I got The pleasure of working with Leslie Shepard. She was awesome Highly knowledgeable. Communication was great doing my wait Lesley kept me informed about the progress of the car So you always have that peace of mind knowing crown Knows what they are doing, and will go above and beyond fix the issue until you’re satisfied I’ve recommended my friends and family and they all were very satisfied with the service at crown I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else More
