He was very informative, professional and within minutes of talking he knew what I was looking for and stuck within my budget. He pointed out a car that I never thought I would like and quickly love. When it came time to make the decision to stick with a Hyundai brand (yes, I was looking at other 'makes' at the time) Shawn assured me that I was making the right decision. Shaw was GREAT!! I went in knowing what I wanted to test drive and Shawn Lagundo helped answer every question I had. Shawn clearly knows what he is doing since he has won 8 "Dealer of the month" in that store. If possible work with him. Not only was Shawn helpful so was the whole team. I worked with both Shawn Ritter and Shawn Olsen. Trust me, you are in good hands. Shawn Ritter personally came out to meet with me even though he wasnt the seller. Ritter made me and my wife feel very comfortable and it meant a lot to have him meet with us. To add the icing to the cake when I came back a few days later he had remembered my name and my wifes name and the car that we had purchased. Overall this store is great. Plus take the time to get to know Kenny, he explains everything in the finance department perfectly where I had no questions. Thank you all! More
