There was no haggling over price, they gave me a fair exchange on my trade-in and offered the bumper to bumper but never pressured me into anything. Everyone in the dealership made me feel comfortable and in charge of the whole interaction. The personnel I dealt with were knowledgeable answering all of my questions. I have been utilizing the Service Department for approximately 2 years now and am very pleased with the way they treat me, including offering transportation any time I need routine service on my car.
