The worst service I have ever had a car dealership. They were good a long time ago and then Karen left the service department as the manager. They absolutely do not care about their customers today. Hard to rate the dealership as a whole. The departments are so different! Our sales experience was great, but our service experience was so bad, I don’t think I can give them more than a The departments are so different! Scheduled for a Thursday and was told 3-4 hours. ZERO work done on Thursday. Told me they’d get to it Friday. ZERO work done Friday! Promised (yes, they said “I promise”) they’d have a crew in Saturday to do it. ZERO work on Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday. Service manager assured me it would be done first thing Tuesday. Finally got the car back about 3:00 pm Tuesday - FIVE DAYS after the scheduled work! Totally unacceptable!! More

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dlr. I did not have a good experience with them before, but returned because they had the car I wanted. I purchased a CPO, they then delivered to my house I did not have a good experience with them before, but returned because they had the car I wanted. I purchased a CPO, they then delivered to my house...on empty. The fluids were not topped off, so I need to return yet again. I called about the extended warranty and they never called me back. There are some very nice and well meaning people, unfortunately, not a very professional operation. More
