This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dlr. I did not have a good experience with them before, but returned because they had the car I wanted. I purchased a CPO, they then delivered to my house I did not have a good experience with them before, but returned because they had the car I wanted. I purchased a CPO, they then delivered to my house...on empty. The fluids were not topped off, so I need to return yet again. I called about the extended warranty and they never called me back. There are some very nice and well meaning people, unfortunately, not a very professional operation. More

I was looking for an Ioniq 5 saw a specific one that I liked on the Annapolis Hyundai website. So I reached out to Shawn told him a couple offers that I had gotten from other dealers. He quickly returned liked on the Annapolis Hyundai website. So I reached out to Shawn told him a couple offers that I had gotten from other dealers. He quickly returned my call and said that he could match that price on the specific one I wanted that had a tow hitch. We did everything online or over the phone because I was dealing with some medical issues with my parents. Shawn was patient with me and held the car till I was able to come over and sign the paperwork.
