Long Bad Review But Honest Less-than-good experience since I got the Tucson on May 2nd... Was sitting there, getting a bad feeling, and really regret not canceling the deal... T Less-than-good experience since I got the Tucson on May 2nd... Was sitting there, getting a bad feeling, and really regret not canceling the deal... They rushed the sales process so much that it created many other problems; confusion, additional costs for "added items" I didn't want (and they won't reimburse me for), and apparently a long list of things they were suppose to review with me but didn't... It took them two weeks to get my cross bars that were included with the sale, I made an appointment with the sales guy to come get them installed, but then the service department refused to do it, said I needed to have an appointment with them and to leave the vehicle... The sales guy tried to put it off on me to install, which I could've but felt it was their job, so... He did it in the parking lot, super-rushed and unskilled job nearly losing springs and breaking mechanisms, and scratched one of the bars in the process by sliding it on the pavement... Lead sales guy and general manager dodged my complaints and concerns about all this; finally agreed to replace the cross bar today after I involved the business manager (to potentially get out of the sales contract)... No thanks... I want NOTHING to do with Mike, Kevin, or Shawn again By the way... The day I got the car, I stood outside for over five minutes not even realizing I was done with the process... No thank you or good-bye... Worst sales closure ever! I've been trying to get the service department by phone for two weeks, dozens of calls, they don't answer... Because I was getting a notification that a "service" appt was due... Today I finally drove 35 miles round-trip to talk to them in-person... Called from their parking lot right in front of the window, not one customer in the room, no answer, but she greeted me seconds later when I walked-in because she wasn't busy... The notification I was getting was just set wrong... One of the many things Annapolis Hyundai failed to do when I got the car... Oh, and I found-out that that they cannot even service my tires because they came with nitrogen instead of air; despite included maintenance and extended service contracts, I'll have to go elsewhere and pay to fill my tires, minor but still wrong... They sold me the car but are blaming the dealer they got it from; excuse after excuse after excuse Now I want nothing to do with Hyundai and feel stuck with the car; and going to them or a further dealer for service... I've not even made a payment on it yet, nine weeks and 3000 miles, I figure it'll cost me at least 6k out-of-pocket to sell it right now; plus about 700 loss for after-market options I've added... Right now I'd pay just about anything to get my 2004 Xterra back Am not the type to post reviews but, since they enjoy posting the "5 star review" ones, that's all they post on Facebook, I figure it's only fair to point-out that not every experience is like that; they fail customers too More

Great dealership As a senior citizen (I’m old) I have bought many cars from many dealers. Annapolis Hyundai is the best I’ve ever dealt with. The employees there are a As a senior citizen (I’m old) I have bought many cars from many dealers. Annapolis Hyundai is the best I’ve ever dealt with. The employees there are always friendly, solicitous and helpful. Always. Until I bought a car from there, I rarely went back to a dealership for service unless it was a warrenty issue. Now we always take our car there for service, and in relative comfort with a variety of amenities. We bought a new vehicle there yesterday, our third in a row, the last two from the same salesman, Shawn Lagundo, three years apart. As before, he was great to deal with, made a tedious process painless, as did Mary the Finance officer we dealt with. Shawn and Mary both helped us in finding and then working out the financing for the car we chose. And yes, it’s their job but they are good at it and make it less imposing. No hassle, no hard sell, let’s see if we can work it out. The hard part was deciding on which car. Oh, and both our daughters have also bought cars from there. If we ever buy another car, it’ll be from Annapolis Hyundai. More

Shawn Lagundo represents the best of the best in his field Shawn was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to communicate with and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you get the car you need at the price you need it! He was recommended to me by a close friend and I will now be recommending him to anyone I come across in the market for a new vehicle. I drove an extra 20 minutes away from my home to go to Shawn instead of the Hyundai dealership down the street so I could get the best service and I’m glad I made that good decision. A+ ratings all around! More
