No sales pressure, straight forward pricing and Shawn went out of his way to help us get the best car for us. Great follow up and follow through. I liked the no hassle pricing, upfront Car Fax, and that the vehicle was a CPO. Overall I’m happy with the car but I didn’t like the wait time to see financing and wish the information for the CPO wrap was the vehicle was a CPO. Overall I’m happy with the car but I didn’t like the wait time to see financing and wish the information for the CPO wrap was more upfront. I also didn’t appreciate the salesman’s response when I stressed expediting the process. My wife was recently involved in an accident and we were purchasing the replacement vehicle . She was still healing from her injuries while watching a small child during the process. When I asked the sales associate that I had to go his attitude wasn’t appreciated. Nor the fact that he kept minimizing my situation because he had four kids Vice one. At the end of the day, be kind to everyone because you don’t know what people are going through. If I do shop here again, I wouldn’t use the same sales person. More
