Yesterday, I leased a new car from Annapolis Hyundai. Shawn was my sales representative and was great to work with. He was honest, patient, and willing to put in extra effort to make sure I'd be happy wi Shawn was my sales representative and was great to work with. It took several trips and lots of test drives, but Shawn took the time to answer my questions and get me the best lease terms possible. He's definitely someone I'd work with in the future. Kevin, who I believe is his Sales Manager was also kind and had a great sense of humor. The only unpleasant part of the experience was with the Finance representative, Mary Leah. She was visibly bothered when I didn't choose any add-on lease options and treated me like I was an inconvenience throughout. Overall, the experience with Shawn and Kevin was still enough for me to give a five star review. More

I was only concerned about the price of the vehicle. Shawn didn't play hardball and took my offer to his sales manager. The price came back within $150 of my offer and I agreed to purchase. The entire process took about 2.5 hours and everyone was professional and courteous. No high-pressure tactics, no hidden fees, and the finance manager quickly realized I wasn't interested in a single extended warranty offer and finished up our paper work. Would certainly consider Annapolis Hyundai for our next vehicle purchase. More
