I ordered a vehicle and it came in within the date range. I love my car. Easiest car purchase I have ever made in my life. Everything in place and ready, very smooth. In December 2021 and January 2022 the dealerships in MD are charging, sometimes, a 15% increase in vehicle prices for no reason. Luckily, I kept contacting all of the dealerships to see who would allow are charging, sometimes, a 15% increase in vehicle prices for no reason. Luckily, I kept contacting all of the dealerships to see who would allow me to get the car at MSRP and, if necessary, bring my own finance. While there were dealerships in another state, their cars were pre-sold. The process was easy-peazy. I sent a request using the app at the end of the day. They must use a service because I got a response. I confirmed no addiitional charges and then set up an appointment for the next morning for 9:30. Well, I got there at 10 and still left before 11:30, even though I did a lot of chatting with the finance guy. They offered me the additional warranties and all of that jazz. I declined them and there was no additional pressure or conversations. The main point is I got the Sante Fe Calligraphy for MSRP and they gave me a rate that was lower than the best rate provided by the Manufacturer. It was seamless and the best car buying experience I have ever had. I’ll definitely be back to this dealership just because I feel like they weee not trying to get me for everything and respected when I said no. Update————- Also, one thing. My glove compartment light on the vehicle did not work since the day I bought it. Unfortunately, the service is booked like crazy and the site crashes when you try to book an appointment. I informed my sales person and he shared that the service is booked. You would hope that they would’ve called me in since it is a brand new car. But, no. More

Shawn and Joe were excellent to work with. This was by far the most straightforward and no hassle car buying experience I’ve ever had.
