This is the second car I have purchased from Moore Chrysler Jeep and both experiences were great. Horrible service Department! Mike has no interpersonal skills. I have Never been treated so awful by a company. There is no follow through to inform you of what is going on, even after 2-3 weeks. I ordered an EcoDiesel Wrangler direct from the factory and we were dealt a less than ideal hand upon delivery. Evan made my experience very easy when I purchased my JEEP. Most of the process was done online. I was there and picked up my detailed and gassed up JEEP literally within hours.
