My old car was was having mysterious problems starting. When their service team couldn't locate the issue, they didn't charge me for their time investigating, even thought they had it for more than a day. When I decided I wanted a new car, Dominic was extremely accommodating, with my fairly short timeframe and in answering all my questions. I ended up with a newer car with tons of features and low mileage. In the weeks since my purchase, they've checked in on me a couple of times to ensure I'm still happy, and so far, I'm loving it.
