Sales We have had the privilege of working with Brian Monks, Sales Manager and Dave Lurie, Sales Consultant over several years through the purchase of three We have had the privilege of working with Brian Monks, Sales Manager and Dave Lurie, Sales Consultant over several years through the purchase of three Toyota Rav4's; most recently on Monday October 14 with a new 2019 Rav4 LXE. We only consider the purchase of new cars from Brian and Dave since their well recognized professional expertise coupled with their exceptional and outstanding personal focus on us as valued customers is why we only consider Bredemann Toyota. There is never a sense of pressure for a sale which is not the norm in most dealerships. I would encourage anyone looking for a new car to contact Brian and Dave if your goal is to be treated with respect, honesty, graciousness, and exceptional knowledge about the Toyota industry. Another critical factor for us is that once we purchase out Toyota's that we receive the same friendly and professional attention when we service our Rav4's at Bredemann. with Shawn Holden. Once again, we cannot speak more highly of this total package from sales to service. More

My experience this time with Bredemann mirrors all my experiences over the past years. I don't ever want to have to purchase a vehicle anywhere else. Everyone in the service department is very helpful from the wonderful shuttle drivers like Mark Porter to the advisors like Shawn Holden. Making the first followup appointment was so easy working through Jane Valdez. All around the staff is knowledgeable and caring. Thank you. More

David Lurie--Salesman We arrived at 1:00pm at Bredemann Toyota and was approached by a salesman who took us in to be introduced to Mr. Monk. Little did we know that the sa We arrived at 1:00pm at Bredemann Toyota and was approached by a salesman who took us in to be introduced to Mr. Monk. Little did we know that the salesman who greeted us initially would be the person who would work with us in purchasing our new vehicle. Let’s just say….right from the beginning Dave Lurie greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly handshake. We walked to his office and discussed in length what we had in mind. Dave went on his computer and looked diligently to located the vehicle we had previously found on their website over the weekend. We asked him several questions which he answered politely and explained in detail….and always with a smile. He made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed during this entire process and assured us that he would make this painless for us. We then walked out into the lot and found our vehicle and I immediately noticed the letter V” missing from the trunk area. Dave assured me that it would be resolved in a timely fashion should we decide to purchase this vehicle. We then proceeded to take a test ride and then I was able to drive the vehicle on the return to the dealership. Of course, we loved the vehicle’s ride, color and all of the special equipment that was offered. Next came the time to sit and discuss the final figures and make some decisions. After some thought we decided to lease this vehicle for 3 years and Dave then worked the numbers with Mr. Monk and we continued with the process to close the deal. He thoroughly explained the lease in detail and we came to a price per month that satisfied us. As we waited Dave offered us something to drink and then spent some time with us talking about life, family and friends. We found this very endearing and it made us feel part of the Bredemann Family! We shared a few family stories and memories as well as laughs. We were both so very please we had Dave Lurie for our salesman. I also wanted to mention that the finance manager we met with (Tran) was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This portion of the paperwork was seamless! We had just one minor issue…the letter V was missing on the back trunk of our new Avalon as I mentioned previously. Dave assured us it would be resolved and it was! I received a call that the letters are in and Shawn from the Service Department and I spoke and the scheduled repair on Thursday, March 22nd just 3 days after taking possession of our new Avalon. The replacement of the letters took only 1 hour and I was completely satisfied with the prompt service and repair at your dealership.
