Acton Toyota was one of the better dealerships I have worked with. The people were very nice and down to earth, not like the typical folk you experience at dealerships. The individuals I worked with were worked with. The people were very nice and down to earth, not like the typical folk you experience at dealerships. The individuals I worked with were great - had a lot of useful information, took time to walk me through things, and seemed to be genuine. I only rate 4 star (and not 5) because there were various conversations that I had that I had to remind the employees about.. Numbers we agreed on, considerations with the trade in, which vehicle I was actually coming in for, etc. Luckily I was on my game so it ultimately wasn't a major problem. It would have been slightly better if I there was some way of these items being documented, or having the employees work with fewer customers but being able to give more attention to each. All around though, I had a good experience with this dealership. More
