I would have given them a 5 star but it was EXTREMELY hard to navigate the system to reserve an appointment. Had to go through our salesman just to get appointment for oil change. After getting recommendation for new tires (knowing I had gotten new tires just a few months earlier) he told me it was because they were too tall and rubbing on something in inner fender well.
