After 10 years they no longer support their product and if they stop making a critical component and it’s not available aftermarket, Olathe Dodge won’t use a used part even though that is the solution offered by Dodge. I took my vehicle in for a routine maintenance checkup and all they did was change oil and rotate tires. I noticed when I got the car back that the check engine light was still on. I went back in and they said they did not notice it because I did not right it down. Then I was told I would have to make another appointment because this was the wrong type of appointment to check out the check engine light. Not happy, I would have expected that they would at lease say “hey did you notice the check engine light was on, did you want us to check it out?” More
