After having a really great experience buying a Forester from this dealership back in 2017, we just returned last week and bought a 2024 Outback, and I'm happy to say that we had another really great experi from this dealership back in 2017, we just returned last week and bought a 2024 Outback, and I'm happy to say that we had another really great experience. These guy are the best. Super friendly and knowledgeable, no intense sales pressure, and willing to negotiate for a very fair price in this crazy auto market that is 2023. Our salesperson, Tom H, was awesome. He went above and beyond in helping us buy this vehicle. We came in totally unprepared to purchase (we were originally there that day just to look), didn't have anything we needed, not even the vehicle we were going to trade, and Tom and his manager, Shawn D, worked around everything to make it happen. Tom even drove our new Outback to our house and personally picked up our trade so that we wouldn't have to spend our time to come back another day. Talk about exceeding expectations! And Josh J, the finance manager, was a pleasure to deal with when it came time to take care of the actual sale. We remembered Josh from when we bought our 2017 Forester, and it was nice to see a friendly, familiar face. Josh was super professional and efficient, but also made us feel so comfortable with his great sense of humor and no-pressure style. We were able to get everything we really wanted and needed, but were not pressured to purchase things we absolutely knew we didn't want, and that makes all the difference. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They really are excellent. More
