We'd like to learn more from you as quickly as possible as we do not reveal any Non Public Information about any of our customers to anyone for any reason. We'd like to learn more about what you allege and compare it with our video records of your transaction. It is proper to disclose if another customer is interested in, or plans on coming in to purchase, the same vehicle as another customer. As for safety features, the only reason safety features wouldn't work is if the particular model and trim level you chose didn't have them installed in the first place. We have been serving our community for almost 34 years and have an impeccable reputation. Something we couldn't do if we used inappropriate tactics. As we do not have your user name in our system as an actual customer, we cannot contact you directly.
