I am gonna be honest about my experience with Carsmart. Bought and SUV which appears to be in good shape mechanically, and cosmetically, and it’s living up to the standards. Bought the absolute worst vehicle I have ever owned from this dealership and they knew it, that's why they were real nice about fixing the clunker so they could push it out the door. Matthew was absolutely amazing with helping me get the car off my dreams. As soon as I contacted him, he immediately responded and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Not once did he ever act as if I was bothering him by asking so many questions. He offered his own personal opinion, which I thought was very helpful and I was appreciative because they gave me even more security knowing that the purchase I was making was the right one. I feel like Matthew went above, and beyond to make sure that my purchasing experience was as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend anyone to him who is looking for a vehicle. I never thought that I would actually purchase a vehicle without even seeing it, but Matthew made it to where I felt comfortable doing so. When they delivered the car to me, I couldn’t have been any happier. It definitely exceeded all of my expectations. More

Worst experience ever. If you don't want to spend money to be humiliated, please go to another place. I purchased an alfa romeo giulia here. Jonathan as a sale. I didn't watch the review in Yelp (I should do it before I purchase), just watch Google review, I thought their service should be ok, so I didn't negotiate the price too much. But I was totally WRONG. After I paid the money, Jonathan deliberately ignore all my concerns about the car, and never reply the messages I sent to him. I was worried about the registration of my car because I know it's different in MA, so I sent several messages to him, he never replied again, so I called him and he seemed angry and impatient about my concerns, what's wrong with him? I am the buyer who also purchases the registration service from the dealership. I was never treated so badly as he did. He just told me their team will handle this because they had sold several cars to MA, then I waited. After about 1 and a half months I couldn't wait so I called them again, I found they didn't start it at that time! They don't know the procedure of the registration and just sent incomplete documents to the RMV, the RMV in MA requires an insurance stamp but they never try to reach my insurance company to do the registration. I don't know if he/they deliberately delay my registration, but this deserves 0 stars. I have also sent email to his manager Shawn, he also ignored my email deliberately. Besides, Jonathan told me I can only have 52 months of finance, but I want 12 months. (they want more money from the bank) Don't trust their words, if you feel uncomfortable or strange, just leave. And the cars, they claim it's good conditions, and do the service, the service cost them so much money. That's totally a lie, because the car's condition was not as good as they claimed, and the company who services the car has a deep relationship with CarSmart, so they can claim they "spend" lots of money on detailing the car. However, it's not. Again, I will never do business with such a dealer again. More
