I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. We were promised free charging for 2 years when we purchased our vehicle in June and have been given the run around for months. I recently purchased a 2015 Mercedes C400 from this dealership and had the car transported to New Jersey. While there were a few initial hiccups I have to give credit where it’s due. Despite the rocky start, the team, and particularly the sales manager Israel, stepped up and made things right. They took responsibility, reimbursed me for the unexpected costs, and showed a genuine effort to correct the situation. It’s rare these days to see a dealership follow through on their word, especially after the sale is complete. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles them, and in the end, they handled it well. Overall, I had a great experience, and I really do enjoy my new car! More
