A Fantastic Car Buying Experience! We had a fantastic car buying experience with Sawn Baney at Don Ayres. Through the whole experience we felt heard, our questions quickly answered and We had a fantastic car buying experience with Sawn Baney at Don Ayres. Through the whole experience we felt heard, our questions quickly answered and never pressured to buy a particular car. Our negotiation took about 5 minutes [Admittedly, we came with a very good idea as to a reasonable price for the car and for our trade. Too, we understand and respect the fact that the dealer/salesman needs to make a bit of money to stay in business...]. After a few conversations, they secured exactly the car we wanted from another dealer. Through this, we were never pressured to take a model on the lot. This process included several text messages to make certain we knew exactly what they were looking for, when the car we wanted had been located and when it was delivered to Don Ayres. Shawn did an outstanding job with all of this! We came in on a Saturday and accomplished everything in about an hour. When we worked on the financing, we knew that we would be offered several other maintenance options. When we declined, Shannon never pressured us, but put them aside and completed the sale. We have purchased a Honda from Don Ayres before and had a good experience and have had excellent maintenance service from them, which is why we went back. This experience exceeded the first. We would HIGHLY recommend them, particularly Shawn, if you are considering a Honda! More
