I had a 9:00 am appointment which I had made several weeks before, had the vehicle to the shop at 8:30 am. I am from out of town and had several things to do while my vehicle was supposed to be getting weeks before, had the vehicle to the shop at 8:30 am. I am from out of town and had several things to do while my vehicle was supposed to be getting worked on (oil change and to check out why it sometimes smells hot). Received a text that if I needed anything to text back to the text message that was sent to me. I texted...no response, called, said that it wasn't done yet. At 2:10 pm got a courtesy ride back to the dealership to see that my vehicle had not even been moved yet. Left without getting any work/oil changed done. This costed me a day of work, gas and 2 hours of drive time one way. Thanks Lithia, for wasting my time! More

Very difficult to finally get to talk to a salesperson, kept changing stuff up on the purchase. Had to spend roughly an entire day haggling until we finally got back close to tge original deal. One thing we learned on our first purchase here was get 100% in writing. No promises or hand shakes. Vehicle history was not as described one I did a history search. Should have done that prior to buying. More
