My experience working with Shawn An during my initial browsing, final selection and purchase was great. He kept me informed when the vehicle would arrive and was a straightforward and lowkey salesman. browsing, final selection and purchase was great. He kept me informed when the vehicle would arrive and was a straightforward and lowkey salesman. However, paying for the car was a different story. I was paying cash, but the finance guy tried to convince me to pay down my mortgage and finance the car. Like somehow a 7-8% auto loan is better than my 2-5/8% mortgage. Then comes what seems like a dozen different extended warrantee plans. All presented with scare tactics and thrown in front of me on his high-tech table screen totally over $12,000! If you want me to buy a complicated product, give me information ahead of time, so I can digest the pluses & minuses. Needless to say, he wasn't happy when I said no to everything, More
