My wife and I recently decided to purchase a "new to us" sedan, and after some online research, we visited the Koeppel dealerships. In each location, we were treated very respectfully. The salesfolks asked if we wanted assistance, and when we stated that we were just looking and not ready to buy, they smiled, and let us know they were available for questions, and let us alone. No hassles or bothering us! When we returned, ready to purchase at Koeppel Nissan, Mahmood Bhuiyan went above and beyond to assist us. He answered all of our questions, and didn't hard-sell us at all. Our trade-in was still at a repair shop, and he drove me out there to pick it up. As we went through the financing process (always a part of car buying that takes longer than you expect!), he kept us informed as to what was happening each step of the way, and was calm and professional without ever being pushy. Mahmood even helped us empty the trunk of our old car, and transfer our auto kit and other items into the new (to us) Altima. I not only recommend Koeppel for excellent service, I especially recommend Mahmood Bhuiyan as a staff member. He has been with Koeppel for decades, he knows his stuff, and he truly believes his job is to get you the best product for your needs. More

The service of this dealer is very bad. They do not respect people's time. We had an appointment at 9:30am and we came at 9:00am. They made us waiting until 11am to start service our car.
