Initial observation was Kaleb is young, pressuring potential buyers will be his approach. It was not that way. He showed us what we asked, answered the questions we had or got the answers, and respec potential buyers will be his approach. It was not that way. He showed us what we asked, answered the questions we had or got the answers, and respected our relationship as seniors looking for a new vehicle without being the young pushy salesman we were expecting. Very respectful, helpful and "patient" - I'm not a patient person myself at times and he detected and adjusted to that in a very understanding manner. It was a delight working with Kaleb. And of course Shaun was......ok. Just joking. It was obvious where Kaleb got his manners; Shaun was a pleasure to work with and took care of my wife's and my concerns. Very professional. Chuck was superb. He seemed as excited as us that we were getting a new car. He explained all the processes and options very well and completed the dreaded signing in a methodical, well understood manner so the process was smooth. Jaden's explanation of the car and the features was Outstanding. Even well after closing, he took the time to show us every feature, answer every question, register phone with Lexus vehicle - and he never gave the impression that we were on his time. Super friendly, seemed very knowledgeable, and was very professional. The most pleasant vehicle purchase experience every - and I have had a few. More

Kaia was very knowledgeable. I felt like she was really listening to me when I told her what I wanted. She seemed to care to find me the right vehicle without being pushy and jus I felt like she was really listening to me when I told her what I wanted. I wish there were 10 stars to give out. Ana Lima would deserve all of them. I have been looking for a new car for sometime, multiple sales people and no one made me feel as special as she Ana Lima would deserve all of them. I have been looking for a new car for sometime, multiple sales people and no one made me feel as special as she did. I was starting to give up on buying a car, until I saw her in the showroom. I told my husband that I wanted her to help us. She started out asking great about what I wanted as features in a car and provided excellent suggestions that Help us find the perfect car. She knows the Lexus product so well that we felt confident with everything that she told us. She made us feel more like friends than just customers. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to make our purchase run so smooth. Her manager Shaun was awesome too. He was very understanding of what we needed to made this purchase happen. I loved that he came out of his office to introduce himself. Little things like that are why we came back for another purchase in Sarasota. Jaden was so enthusiastic about showing me my new car, it made the process amazing! Love that kid!! And last but not least, the financial Manager Chuck was very detailed and knowledgeable about the process and walking us through all the paperwork. I am completely sold on the Lexus product and will never go anywhere else but Lexus if Sarasota. It was worth the drive up there. Thank you to everyone!! More

Ana Lima is a no pressure saleslady that knows her stuff. she knew the cars inside and out, all the options and functions. My wife Michelle felt so at ease and it all was because of Ana. She made this sale happen no question about it. Thank you Ana!!!! The Sales Leader Shaun was also extremely nice and a true pleasure to deal with. Its very unusual to find a sales team like this. They made us feel special, and it was so nice to get service like that. Lexus of Sarasota needs to keep these guys forever!!!!! they make your whole dealership shine!!! Thank you, Shaun!!! Jaden Shelburne was a real help to Michelle showing her the new car and how to work the screens, and how to setup the phone app. he even had a bad injury to his thumb but you couldn't tell because he was so focused with getting my wife setup correctly with her new ride. Very nice job Jaden. Christopher Lima, was a class act. He was speaking to me as my wife was getting her training on the car. He didn't have to say anything to me, but being the high quality salesman that he is, he made sure that we had a great experience at Lexus of Sarasota. We recently purchased a vehicle from Lexus of sarasota. Our first salesperson was Chris Wolf. He showed us the car and set up the test drive. I felt deceived and played. Wanted to buy the car in cash, I was asked to do “them a favor” and make at least 4 payments and than purchase the car in cash. I did received the purchase agreement week later, which was on usb port: by the time I reviewed the purchase agreement, I received the bank statement and found it out that I was charged over $13,000 more than the price of the vechicle. My husband and myself had to go back to the dealership, talk with the financial director, who actually helped us to initiate the process of money return, who told us it might take 4-6 weeks. 2 weeks already passed and I have received only one response that smallest amount of the money will be returned, and it will take 6-8 weeks. In meantime, I requested if Damon can mail me the valve stem caps, 2 weeks later no results. I am very disappointed by this dealership which again proved that they do not care about anything just to take your money. More
