Eddie found the car i wanted in Los Angeles and made it a point to go pick up the car and drive it all the way back to Palm Springs so I could purchase it. Personable, terrific sales guy, thorough, much bet point to go pick up the car and drive it all the way back to Palm Springs so I could purchase it. Personable, terrific sales guy, thorough, much better than the finance guy who tacked on all kinds of warranty items, raising the payment to over $ 100 extra. I had to go back to delete these charges to get the payment to a reasonable monthly payment. Also, when I realized the usb-connected phone was all filled with static, I was told by the service department that I'd have to prove it. I did so, by recording the event on another iPod touch, they then told me that 'Oh, yes, that's a known problem'. so the service department lied to me because they knew all along that this was a known issue, after denying it. NIssan was reportedly working on a 'fix' for this issue. More

I spent 10 days for an oil leak and after they performed what they thought was a solution and $1700 there was still an oil leak and then they replaced a broken dip stick tube for another $1200. by the time what they thought was a solution and $1700 there was still an oil leak and then they replaced a broken dip stick tube for another $1200. by the time I got home to Phoenix it was still dripping oil so I can't say that I have any confidence in their service work. My next truck will never be a Titan. I had to also spend $140 per night. More

This review is about the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. These guys are AWESOME!! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Shaun Hapner (Service Manager), Alex Buelna (Service Adviser) and Alan Baer (Master Tec are AWESOME!! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Shaun Hapner (Service Manager), Alex Buelna (Service Adviser) and Alan Baer (Master Technician). I brought our Nissan Kicks in for some issues that needed to be addressed. Alex checked me in and was extremely kind and helpful. Shaun took the time to listen to my concerns about our vehicle and made it a point to update me with phone calls while waiting for the parts to arrive. Alan went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved before releasing the vehicle back to us. These guys treated us like family and work hard to take care of their customers. Thank you!!! More

Bad service Brand new titan. Like fool I drove off lot with an instrument error. Never been fixed and now being told nothing wrong with it. The service departm Brand new titan. The service department has lots of issues and when I got impatient the guys there started calling me boss, instead of addressing me respectfylly with my name I'm in the trades and know that attitude...its a big fu. Multiple manufacturing defects on small stuff on truck. Brake pedal start enable replaced 2x, tail gate plastic liner warped on end, key fob battery dies, all this 1st 3000 miles. More
