I had a problem with my front left steering making a rubbing sound, told the dealership about it, was told to bring it back in. I took it back, They seems to have found the problem, they repaired it an rubbing sound, told the dealership about it, was told to bring it back in. I took it back, They seems to have found the problem, they repaired it and so far the problem have been fix. I am please with it at this time. They gave me no hassle and fix it in a timely manner. Shaun is an engaging service rep and was accomodating to using the exact oil and filter I wanted. I wanted full synthetic oil and a mopar filter, not the Bparts brand oil filter marketed by Stellantis tha using the exact oil and filter I wanted. I wanted full synthetic oil and a mopar filter, not the Bparts brand oil filter marketed by Stellantis that they are pushing their dealerships to use. But . . . Where the dealership rating gets a lesser rating is the attempt to push unnecessary optional services that are not even mentioned in the owners manual. I'm talking about over $800 of itemized BG products and services, a printout, which were presented as dealer recommendsd services at 30,000 miles on a car driven in for an oil change that has 26,000 miles on it! I know you need to make a profit but this level of pimping is rediculous. What ever happened to simply walking into the waiting area with dirty cabin and engine air filters and trying to bolster sales. I'll frequent the service delartment again but hopefully someone remembers my face and simply saves the dealership some more critical comments by simply doing what the service the customer came in for. Without the shenanigans. Dont let my review stop others from visiting. More
