I think will all the negative reviews Lawton chrysler has been given. They are trying their best to give customers the best service they can. I went in to get a coolant flush, a/c service, oil change, and a few other things. This is the day after Christmas. Went in and spent about $880. When they pulled my car in the had an out of shape, ol change, and a few other things. This is the day after Christmas. Went in and spent about $880. When they pulled my car in the had an out of shape, older guy pulling my car in and he was so chubby in the stomach he was wobbling to my car and I was once fat and out of shape, but I was still athletic. He didn’t seem like an athlete. So I just didn’t trout him and asked him, please, don’t scratch my car. Because he seemed to be struggling to get into my car and it’s a charger, and it’s not that difficult. He said, OK. I was serviced before I ended up with a missing seat recliner button. I didn’t mention anything g about it. I figured it was “my fault”. But after get my car back I had about a $50 scratch on my right door, another $50 scratch. And probably a $100 scratch in regards to buffing on my car. However I ended up loosing $200 of value on my vehicle, while paying almost $1000 is beyond me. But if you’re going to have someone service a car, they should at least be healthy enough to where their size and movement signals MAJOR detriment when you see them struggling to get into your ALL BLACK Charger, which has PLENTY of space. I called and Shaun Hamilton told me to bring it in they can fix it with the buffer. But one more scratch and I’ll need a paint job. So let’s focus a bit more on giving people what they ask for, and less of the seniority. Because I’m starting to have small issues with my car every time I bring it in and all I do is pay. If money isn’t what your company is working for, please let me know. Otherwise I hope it’s not an issue getting it buffed on my time, because I work. More

This dealership is the most conniving, crooked dealership I have ever witnessed. Their service dept is the absolute worst and most unprofessional. They have little to no communication within their dept. I go I have ever witnessed. Their service dept is the absolute worst and most unprofessional. They have little to no communication within their dept. I got my first oil change and ended up getting my vehicle towed back to the dealership the same day with the dip stick bone dry. The dealership is now trying to patch up their mistake and sweep it under the rug by just adding more oil to my car and sending it home with me. They also said the "Engines for Life" that is on every car is only good for 75,000 miles or up to $4,000. That was news to me. I have had issues with this vehicle since I drove it off their lot and they have done nothing but try and patch up each problem to get me out the door. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING! More
