I didn't like either option an Well you have a choice of annoying commercials vs annoying commercials when it comes to purchasing a Kia in Albany, NY. I didn't like either option and didn't want to support either option because of the annoying commercials. Ultimately Destination had the inventory car at the end of the year so we chose them, but only because this car had transferred from Kingston which is where I was going to go. Kenny the sales rep however is a shining star in the great abyss of car sales people. He single handedly won us over and explained why Destination would be the dealership we would choose if/when the car needs to be serviced. His knowledge of being on the service side prior to being in sales showed the benefits of working with Destination. The tour of the facility was terrific and his knowledge of the staff showed that Destination cares about the maintenance of the car not just the initial sale. Kudos to the owner for putting money into the building and technology of the service center. Now please stop making annoying commercials because it is an uphill battle for your brand. More
