They promised the vehicle was in perfect conditions with no issues. Once the vehicle was delivered to me at my home that is out of state from the dealership, it was delivered with the "check engine" light on. I took it to my local Toyota dealership and was informed it had multiple issues that totaled over $1200. The fog lights also didn't work that l had to purchase new bulbs for as well as the vehicle was said to not have been in any accidents, but the whole passenger side has had body work and a bad new paint job. There is over spray and you can see the bad paint and body work. I have tried multiple times to reach the dealership management with no luck. When I call and ask for a manger, the multiple people that answer the phone, confusingly don't know who their managers are nor do they have an email for managers. I have emailed my salesperson multiple times with no response. I can't get anyone to talk to me about the issues I have. I reached Shavel in customer service and he said that they would cover all the fees, but he has been avoiding my calls now. The last time we spoke, he said his manager Paulie would only cover $500 of the fees, but now Shavel won't answer my calls. This is the shadiest business l've ever dealt with. They avoid my calls and never return my calls. I baught a $30k problem and they are not taking any responsibility for their actions of selling me a bad vehicle. I just want a manager to call me and be financially compensated for their negligence. More

If you are looking to get a car DO NOT go to the sharpest rides! I repeat DO NOT go here! They buy their cars from the auction and then take pictures and just throw them on the lot without servicing them fir rides! I repeat DO NOT go here! They buy their cars from the auction and then take pictures and just throw them on the lot without servicing them first! So you’re buying blindly. Bought a car the end of February this year, got a diagnosis on it. It needs over 5,000 worth of TLC into it. Tie rods! Oil in spark plug hole, needs gasket seal and needs a new catalytic converter on a 2017 nissan! Smh. They don’t care about you, they are all about that 💰 trust me! 🚩🚩🚩 More

Worst dealership experience ever! Bought a 50k truck from them and have had nothing but problems getting my trade in payed off, check engine light on, poor customer service. They lied Bought a 50k truck from them and have had nothing but problems getting my trade in payed off, check engine light on, poor customer service. They lied to me about the bank, about the numbers, and about the scam warranty that was "included". Be warned, this place is a fraud. They will lie to you about everything and steal your money after dragging their feet to pay your loan off. They owe me money on the loan payoff amount difference. They paid a different amount than what was on the sales contract. Turned off the check engine light without doing any repairs, and said they fixed it. Not true. They even lied about the bank and interest rate. This is not okay. Don't even call them. Avoid at all cost. Even if they have your perfect vehicle. They are participating in fraud. More

Bought a vehicle from this company on 12/06/22. When I test drove it, the tire pressure sensors were not displaying properly. I asked the customer service representative (forget his name) I was d When I test drove it, the tire pressure sensors were not displaying properly. I asked the customer service representative (forget his name) I was driving with why that was, and he said 'it's because the tires are after-market/too big, the sensor doesn't like that'. I purchase the vehicle. They leave it with no gas or windshield wiper fluid. As I'm driving home I realize the left hood latch of the Jeep is missing, causing the hood to rattle. I stop at a different Jeep dealership on the way home, and they replace it for ~$100. I have a weird feeling, so the next day I take the Jeep to a tire shop. The Jeep DOESN'T HAVE tire pressure sensors at all! So I have them install sensors. I call Sharpest Ride to tell them about this and how the representative clearly lied, and whoever I talk to says they'll pay for it. It's upwards of $300. Now I have a terrible feeling, and I take the car to just get a full inspection a few days later. It needs A LOT of work, including diff fluid, belt, etc. They also recommend I completely replace the rear differential, which is extremely expensive. So I call Sharpest Ride and tell them I'm bringing this receipt as well, and that I want to return the car. I speak to Terry, who is very nice. When I bring it in to the dealership for my appointment with the customer service manager Terry, another man (I believe the manager) questions 'Who said we would reimburse you?' Terry sticks up for me. I provide the phone number of the gentleman I talked to on the phone when I called about the tire pressure sensors. He eventually agrees after Terry insists they should make it right, and also says they're going to personally inspect the vehicle to make sure everything is okay so I don't have to return it. They'll make sure everything is okay. I wait all day and when Terry brings it back he say it's all good, I can drive it into the mountains like I planned, and they write me a check for some of what I've already paid to repair the car. Now it's 02/03/23 and I took it in for standard alignment, and the technicians say both ball joints badly need to be replaced, as well as the steering dampener. This is absolutely something they should have seen when they looked at my car back when I brought it in! This is $1982 worth of work, after spending upwards of $700 on a car I just bought! Also, I had to call 3 times for them to send the appropriate paperwork for the DMV for registration (purchased 12/06/22, and they didn't send paperwork until mid January!) Temp tag expired Feb 2 or 3. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as of today 02/03/23. More
