I brought my XT5 in for an oil change and my Service Advisor Joe B. advised that an oil leak was discovered. He advised that it could be repaired under factory warranty. I was provided a free rental car Advisor Joe B. advised that an oil leak was discovered. He advised that it could be repaired under factory warranty. I was provided a free rental car and then a new loaner until my vehicle was repaired, which was done quickly. Joe kept in touch to keep us updated on the progress. The whole process was a very professional and we were treated very well. Thanks Joe and the staff at Findley Cadillac. More

I had picked up several screws in my tire. I contacted the dealership and they made me an appointment on the spot. My car was inspected as well as the other tires for any damage. I was back I contacted the dealership and they made me an appointment on the spot. My car was inspected as well as the other tires for any damage. I was back on the road in less then 90 minutes from the time I arrived. Great customer service and attention to detail. I have been a Findlay Cadillac customer for almost ten years and have always had great sales and service experiences. More

My 2022 XT5 has been serviced by Findley since I bought it! Always good service but this last time I don't know what happen. Adam my service advisor was Johnny on the spot checking me in. He told me other it! Always good service but this last time I don't know what happen. Adam my service advisor was Johnny on the spot checking me in. He told me other than my oil change and tire rotation, I needed a couple of new filters and that my rims had some scratches on them. Last time they fixed the scratches it was about 3.5 hours. This time turned it in at 7 AM, got it back about 4:30 PM. The Service Dept was SUPER SLOW on this workorder (9.5 hours this time). More
