I purchased a 2024 used Dodge Ram from Napleton Arlington Heights for $50,353 (pre trade-in) on 12/27/2024 which had ~16k miles on it and had a truck bed cover on it (BAKflip G2). The first few weeks post pu Heights for $50,353 (pre trade-in) on 12/27/2024 which had ~16k miles on it and had a truck bed cover on it (BAKflip G2). The first few weeks post purchase the truck was only used for driving locally to/from home and train station and the truck bed cover was not used/touched. Upon driving the truck on the highway for the first time (1/19/25) (with my wife and 2 young daughters), once the truck up got up to 65pmh, the truck bed cover (BAKflip G2) immediately flew off the back of truck and almost caused subsequent accidents to cars driving directly behind the truck at the time. Upon researching the truck bed cover make and model it is clear that there are supposed to two flat bolts with rubber washers that secure the cover (cab side) to silver slotted brackets underneath. To the extent the bolts came loose/detached, they would have fallen into the bed of the truck based on how they are installed up into the metal brackets; however, there were no bolts in the bed of the truck. Upon contacting the dealership and reporting the incident, the dealership communicated (specifically the GM, Matt Hadziahmetovic) that it takes no responsibility for selling a truck that had a bed cover not properly installed / checked and posed a major safety hazard. Additionally, the dealership refuses to repair the truck / provide a replacement cover (cost ~$1,350 for new cover uninstalled). Ultimately the dealership was happy to advertise and sell the truck as having a truck bed cover, but not care about checking the safety of the truck bed cover before letting a customer purchase and drive off with a large safety concern and zero attempt at trying to make things better after the becoming aware of the issue. I hope others can read this and take this into consideration when assessing how vehicles may be sold at Napleton Arlington Heights dealership and dealt with by its GM. More

Brought my truck in for a squeaky window and a faulty mirror dimmer, after waiting 3 hours they called me in and said the mirror dimmer wasn’t equipped on that one mirror which was my mistake because I t mirror dimmer, after waiting 3 hours they called me in and said the mirror dimmer wasn’t equipped on that one mirror which was my mistake because I thought it was equipped. For the window they said they couldn’t get it so squeak so they didn’t do anything to it. I have extended warranty on my truck and they said this didn’t cover it for some reason, therefore after wasting 3 hours of my day and doing absolutely nothing they charged me $250 dollars for nothing. Terrible dealership and have nothing but problems here, stay away!! More

I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in December, 2022 and have nothing but problems. I’ve contacted the dealership on a monthly basis and no one ever calls me back. When I brought the vehicle at my local dea have nothing but problems. I’ve contacted the dealership on a monthly basis and no one ever calls me back. When I brought the vehicle at my local dealership in it had over 80 error codes, however the electrical issue cannot be resolved. The platinum warranty that was sold doesn’t cover any of the work because they cannot diagnose the issue. The last conversation I had with the customer service representative was terrible and she apologized for my “feelings” regarding the vehicle situation. I told her my vehicle situation was based on facts and I was contacting the BBB. Do NOT buy from this dealership they are the worst! More

Just purchased a car from Napleton/Off Lease and my husband and I are very happy with not only our new vehicle, but the customer service by the team that worked with us. We originally went to the Dodge husband and I are very happy with not only our new vehicle, but the customer service by the team that worked with us. We originally went to the Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership, and the gentleman who greeted us kindly redirected us across the street, where we met with Patrell. Patrell was friendly and informative, super easy to talk to. Kudos to him and his boss for handling negotiating with my husband on numbers. Appreciative of the compromise. Marco in the Finance department was great as well — once I got to sit down with him to sign paperwork, it was smooth sailing. Everyone we came in contact with greeted us or checked on us, and even the follow up via phone has been great. More

Terrible dealership. Be careful of EVERYTHING! They will try and sell you, screw you, hide stuff and make you wait to purchase a car. The first thing they did was bait Be careful of EVERYTHING! They will try and sell you, screw you, hide stuff and make you wait to purchase a car. The first thing they did was bait and switch on the price; advertised one price and then tried to get us to purchase the "certification" on the vehicle for an additional $3995. After deciding to buy the vehicle they "park" you in the "waiting room" while you wait for a financial person to work on your file. They had FIVE financial people working the day we were there and had to wait almost FOUR hours to get completed; just in case you think they were busy...one of the finance people were coloring a poster, several others were just walking around. This is CLASSIC, OLD SCHOOL car sales...wear you down to the point where you will agree to everything and will buy anything. Do your HOMEWORK before buying or even going to look. As for the car....check EVERYTHING! Even though its a dealership, even though it was certified, even though it looked good...check EVERYTHING you physically can! The driver's side mirror did not work, new front fender with paint drips (NEVER< EVER BUY A CAR IN THE RAIN!), one side of the car has an emblem, the other does not, missing two lights inside the car and stuff I probably still haven't found. When I asked to have them put it up on the hoist they refused (MY FAULT I didn't walk right there; DON'T GET SUCKED IN!). If you buy from them they OWE you a FULL TANK OF GAS!...not 3/4, not 7/8ths...FULL! and this applies to new or USED! Read the "About Us" page and that is what it says. They will claim it's just new cars....I'm telling you, after contacting the main office and having them read their own page, you get a FULL TANK with a USED VEHICLE - period!!! When, not if, you have problems with the dealership after you buy, don't bother trying to get any answers or help from them. Contact corporate and get a hold of "Disa" as she was the only one to do anything. Good luck, you'll need it. Update: 07/19/2023. I have been working with Disa, the Business Relationship Manager with the Napleton Automotive Group (she is a regional manager for seven Napleton Dealerships) and to date, she has gotten a second key fob for me through my local dealership (non-Napleton's) and has paid the entire charge for the fob and programing. She has assured me that Napleton's will be taking care of the broken driver's side mirror and will be sending the gas card they owe me. I will update as these items are taken care of. UPDATE: 07/21/2023 The driver's side mirror fell off when I closed the door at an event with freinds and other people that knew me and KNEW it was a "new car" to me. After contacting Disa Degrazia and sending picture of the broken off mirror and the glued pieces that "someone" had tried to reattach to the badly damaged mirror assembly that is attached to the body of the car, I was assured that Napleton's would take care of this through my local dealership. My local dealership said they would "happliy" fix the mirror and have ME pay for it and I could then get reimbursed by Napleton's. Not an acceptible solution! Again...it took HOURS to get the key fob situation completed; I already have several hours in on the mirror situation and I haven't even gotten the appointment set up to fix it, or any paperwork or email to confirm the transaction between dealerships. I did, however, receive the gas cards as promised. Rating is back to "Poor" as everything is taking too long and too much of my time is being invested without compensation. Just fixing what should have been fixed BEFORE it EVER left the lot, is NOT making the sale better! More

Adrian, the Napleton family and the facilities are top-notch. Patience, respect, knowledge and most importantly the ability to connect on a low key friendship basis like you have known each other for top-notch. Patience, respect, knowledge and most importantly the ability to connect on a low key friendship basis like you have known each other for years are why Adrian & Hitko are your guys at the dealership. The facilities are "mint" to the point where you want to stay and hang even after Adrian & Hitko have hooked you up with the exact car of your choosing. One will feel at home the moment they roll into Napleton Arlington Jeep by the staff that's in place to service their needs while at the dealership. Rewarding overall experience! More

Very little response when trying to buy a car online, even when I said that I was ready to purchase. I think several of their well-priced vehicles don't actually exist because when I finally did call in even when I said that I was ready to purchase. I think several of their well-priced vehicles don't actually exist because when I finally did call in and speak with someone, those vehicles were "gone" from their dealership. Be cautious with what you see online because there is a lot of bait and switch going on with their advertised vehicles vs. actual pricing. More
