Being new in town I took my 2018 F150 there to replace the cam phasers, which is a known issue by Ford, and they initially quoted me $4600 to replace the phasers. However, I called Ford and I received assistance from them to pay up to $3000 of that cost which was fantastic. I have had nothing but good experience with the brand. However, the dealerships are separate story. The technicians at Landmark Ford were fantastic and they completed the job in just three days with perfect results. However, when I went to pickup my truck and pay the remainder of the fee along with some other preventative maintenance I asked them to complete, they wanted to charge me additional 3% for convenience fee since I wanted to use my credit card. They never told me about this beforehand specially since they knew my portion would amount to approximately $2500. Talking to their management they would not budge on eliminating the fee and if it was up to them they would have charged me the complete cost of the repair. I had nothing but positive experience with the technicians at Landmark Ford but their shady business practices and trying to nickel and dime their customers, would leave me no choice but to NOT recommend this dealership for anything. I have been planning to purchase a new Raptor R this year but I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same. More

Dave has an unprofessional attitude Up untill now i had a bad run in with a certain employee named dave.. I was quoted a price if $360.00 for a cv axel boot replacement. He quoted me $66 Up untill now i had a bad run in with a certain employee named dave.. I was quoted a price if $360.00 for a cv axel boot replacement. He quoted me $660.00 for the repair! Keep in mind that i told him i tried to do it myself. I lacked the tools, and experience, saw it done on you tube and done in under a half hour. Video said it was for 04-2010 trucks! Yeah just a little hiccup! I was working on truck and about croaked about the price jump of $300.00. I said billxxxx he hung up! Needless to say that was unprofessional on his part, to not explain why the cost spike or to hear me out. I also bought the part from them which was supposed to have the boot clamps with the item and explained that at parts counter and they were baffled. I. Never had a bad experience with any of their team members until last night. Well i guess dave talked to other team members to not to speak with me, to me a proffesional would expect some flak, and continue to speak with a cash paying customer to explain or justify pricing and details of why so much more. In the business world this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Feelings must be put aside, if you are to conduct business. Otherwise business will not run its course. Thanks dave for the bad seed you put in your company's reputation. I tried to rectify and call you on a one on one to keep good business however you cant get past your ego. Good luck to wherever you go. Sherri did offer me a discount if $150.00. I have to say the night team is uncoropitive and price way higher no profesionalism there.
