My wife and I always use Southern Motors Acura, we currently own 4 of them. Service is amazing there, Norman and Shireen really look out for their customers, making it a pleasant experience. Even thou currently own 4 of them. Service is amazing there, Norman and Shireen really look out for their customers, making it a pleasant experience. Even though we are way out of warranty on 2 of our Acura’s, we still do the service with Norman or Shireen. More

Bad phone services; courteous folks in desks at service area. Terrible wait time on repairs. My car was there for two weeks; I was blessed to be able with my son and family as my hotel. What on earth woul area. Terrible wait time on repairs. My car was there for two weeks; I was blessed to be able with my son and family as my hotel. What on earth would others do if they were stranded and no vehicle? I saw some employees relaxing and not working. Cut the fat and pay the “technicians” /mechanics enough money to come to work, be trained and encourage the good ones to stay with perks- insurance, bonuses, discounts on cars. People will stop paying for cars if they can’t be repaired lpromptly! More

I loved the people at the front, but it was the tech that worked on my car that made the experience so negative. I initially WAS going to give it a 5 star review but I checked underneath the car to see if th worked on my car that made the experience so negative. We were on vacation and our Acura MDX died the day before departure up in Bluffton. We had it towed to Southern Motors Acura hoping we could get it repaired since it was Memorial Day weekend. They had the pa departure up in Bluffton. We had it towed to Southern Motors Acura hoping we could get it repaired since it was Memorial Day weekend. They had the part in stock and 24 hours later we picked up our car and departed for home just a day later than planned. Shareen Johnson in the service department was wonderful and so helpful. I know we were lucky they had the part but I think they sped it up since we were out of town. Shareen was the best and they were very accommodating! More

Nightmare I took my TL in for a oil change.2.5 hours later they tell me I have a blown head gasket & that my car is smoking!! I’m like what y’all better call th I took my TL in for a oil change.2.5 hours later they tell me I have a blown head gasket & that my car is smoking!! I’m like what y’all better call the police up here. It’s doesn’t take 2.5 hours for no oil change. They made everything my fault that I had ran my car hot. Both managers where so nasty to me. After going back & forth for another hour they finally agreed to let me use their vehicle to check my car out. They call me 2 days later to tell me the tech put a extra quart of oil in my car which made it smoke. I got no Apology’s for their wrong doings and for wasting my time!! Never again will I use this dealership!!!! Shareen Johnson knew that my car wasn’t smoking when she checked it in but didn’t open her mouth!! Lesson learned I’m just gonna stick with granger Honda for all my car needs More

Stay away.....they are crooks I paid to have my car serviced here but hey toook My money and failed to change my filter. They refused to deliver on their promises. They are intentionally misleading. Also their vehicles are way too high. More
