I worked with Rachel Santos when I got my Subaru Crosstrek. Rachel was very attentive, very polite and personable, answered all my questions, she was very knowledgeable of all the features. The was my first time buying a car in over 10 years and this was also my first Subaru. Rachel lessened my anxieties about the process. I found that Premier Subaru team were flexible with my situation and timeframe. The other staff I interacted with to seal the deal were also pleasant. I've been back the service team, and they are very courteous and I love that they have a whole greeting team upon arrival, which makes me feel very welcomed. I would return to buy another vehicle if I needed to. The vehicle was/ is a winner - no mechanical problems whatsoever. I'm very pleased with my Crosstrek and how I have been treated at Premier Subaru Middlebury. More

My elderly mother has purchased over 10 cars for decades from this dealership and Shannon, in particular, has helped her and gone above and beyond the general scope of service and way more than any other de from this dealership and Shannon, in particular, has helped her and gone above and beyond the general scope of service and way more than any other dealership I have worked with. Shannon is sweet, caring, and patient and always goes the extra mile to help her customers, including my mom! I can't give a better rating to the dealership only because a recent transaction she had with the purchase of a new car is where she was promised her car would have a rear backup sensor but when it came, it did not. To date, the dealership has been unwilling to provide her with this feature unless she pays more money after just having spent nearly $40k! More
