Just got our Bronco & can’t say how EXCELLENT our experience was working with Jamison! Just so professional. We visited a few other dealerships and can say that nobody comes close to Athens Ford! Our experience was working with Jamison! Just so professional. We visited a few other dealerships and can say that nobody comes close to Athens Ford! Our boys had a fun time in the lounge area while we took care of the paperwork. Shannon took great care of us working through the financing - didn’t rush through the process even though it was after hours on a Friday night. Jamison even surprised us with some Bronco swag as we were leaving! Just wish we lived closer so we could get it serviced there. But maybe we’ll make the drive - Athens Ford is worth the drive! More

Michael was a pleasure to work with! After visiting a different dealership to test drive two different models, we were basically ignored. It was refreshing to pull up at Athens Ford and After visiting a different dealership to test drive two different models, we were basically ignored. It was refreshing to pull up at Athens Ford and immediately be greeted. Michael was personable and transparent explaining that the car we were interested in was recently traded in and had not been inspected or cleaned. He still made sure we were able to drive it, since that was what we were mainly interested in. He followed up with me the next day and we were able to make a deal over the phone. It was a great experience and I would recommend Athens Ford! More

I ordered a Ford Maverick Hybrid in late 2021 from Athens Ford in Georgia. It was transitioned to a 2023 and took delivery in early March 2023. I was able to get a new VIN and manufacturing date from Ford c Ford in Georgia. It was transitioned to a 2023 and took delivery in early March 2023. I was able to get a new VIN and manufacturing date from Ford customer service which I provided to my salesperson, Jesus Dimas. He gave me an approximate delivery window once it was on a railcar. What I didn’t know was that daily he was tracking it for me as if it was his own Maverick. Wow! I didn’t expect that kind of care from a salesperson. When it showed up at their dealership, he called me at once to share the news. He was as excited about the arrival as I was. I hadn’t seen an actual Maverick and asked if he could take a photo. I expected that he would take just a side view. To my surprise, he sent me photos of every exterior angle and more of the interior. That’s what I call great customer care. I wasn’t sure if my new Mav had a full-size spare or a donut. He confirmed it was full-size. He answered my many questions and if he didn’t have the immediate answer, checked, and got back to me promptly. The new Maverick got a generous coating of yellow pollen within a day. While I was finalizing the paperwork, Jesus made sure the truck was washed again and ready for me to drive home. So often we’ve come to expect BS from a salesperson, but clearly that wasn’t the case from Jesus. He was polite, professional, and very conscientious of all the details and nuances about the Maverick. Many of us have heard about dealerships adding on additional charges and mark-ups on new vehicles because they could get away with it. The Athens Ford dealership in my opinion, is exemplary of what a stellar dealership should be. Aaron Brasher, in finance, worked with me on the bottom line so that my monthly payments were manageable. I was happily surprised with the care I received and indeed felt like an extended member of the Athens Ford family. What a difference in dealerships. More
