I was referred to the dealership. I expected negotiation, but not dishonesty. The car we were looking at had a sticker of $37,000. I reached out to Shannon who said she didn’t recall floor mats being in the car?!? She said she would look for some, but could not find any. I thanked her for her efforts and explained that for $30,000, I expected floor mats. I asked who I could reach out to. It has been three days and no response from her. Unacceptable. More
