My experience at Community Honda of Orland Park was 5 star. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman Cory Gonzales. I walked into Honda with my check engine light on from an olde star. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman Cory Gonzales. I walked into Honda with my check engine light on from an older civic and unfortunately it was beyond repair. I then had the option to lease or purchase a new car. I was not mentally or financially prepared to do either. Figuratively speaking Cory held my hand throughout the whole process. I was very overwhelmed and his approach of being relaxed, genuine, and knowledgeable made the process so seamless and easy. I felt zero pressure from him. He made me feel like I deserved my beautiful new Honda Prologue when I at one point felt I was anything but deserving of a new car. He was a salesman at the beginning of the process and by the end he was friend. He has followed up with me with any questions I have had. Community Honda of Orland Park’s service department all the way to finance department made my car experience a positive one. I will be back! Thank you again Community Honda and Cory Gonzales!!!! More

The General Manager, Shannon, was willing to leave his office and listen to my concerns. His interest and willingness to find a solution caused me to purchase a new vehicle. Brian Naran is a young employ office and listen to my concerns. His interest and willingness to find a solution caused me to purchase a new vehicle. Brian Naran is a young employee at Community. He is well-educated about the product, and acts in a professional manner that depicts his respect for the consumer. Some questions remain about the encounter with the Service Dept. but we'll move forward in hopes that there will not be problems in the future. More

Excellent I found the gentleman working on my car courteous, efficient, and did a good job. I'm sorry but you dealer shop went down in grade from the first person contact to a car porter who in front of your customers said to the cashier I can't stand these people anymore I cam in for a oil c the first person contact to a car porter who in front of your customers said to the cashier I can't stand these people anymore I cam in for a oil change I purchased coverage on tires and windshield .I have 1 tire loosing air real slow 5 days well after my service I had low tire pressure. So nothing covered on tire I must deal with now even though I paid for tire coverage He looked at the windshield said we can fix these but this one has a small crack nothing was done about this either so I have to cover the windshield myself. I paid for these coverages but apparently they are not covered at your dealership. Just tell me if I need legal help to get my coverage O and I was stuck there for 2 hours for service Mo your dealership turned into a joke More

A sincere thank you to Terry and Shannon of Community Honda in Orland Park for your humanity, compassion, and support. I have leased Honda's for many years now. My most recent lease began last May. Littl Honda in Orland Park for your humanity, compassion, and support. I have leased Honda's for many years now. My most recent lease began last May. Little did I know at the time, that by August, I would have to unexpectedly purchase two power wheelchairs for my two children. My kids both have a neuromuscular disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Transporting my kids with their wheelchairs in a vehicle that was not accessible was very difficult. So much so, I started a Go Fund Me page in November to help raise money for a wheelchair accessible van. Last month I was contacted by a woman who donated such a vehicle to us. It was absolutely incredible. Since I can no longer use our leased Odyssey, I contacted Community Honda about our situation. I met with Terry and broke down in tears when he said he would purchase the van back from me. Today, we delivered the van to Honda and got to say thank you, as a family to Terry and Shannon. They canceled out my remaining 2 years of the lease and waived all fees. This amazing act of goodwill means a lot to us, especially in the midst of the current pandemic crisis we all face.
