Service advisors are very nice and apologetic, however. Their service schedule does not match up with the Ford scheduled maintenance, which is more that just a little disturbing. The manufacturer has a 10k, 20k, and 30k maintenance schedule, but they have a 15k and 30k, so when getting my 20k, since it had already had the 10k one, got a 15k maintenance. This makes no sense at a Ford dealership. More
