Very slow, do not get car back by promised, time or date. Unfortunately this last time I had a charger cable, a hat, and gloves stolen from my car while it was being detailed, which ended up taking multiple Unfortunately this last time I had a charger cable, a hat, and gloves stolen from my car while it was being detailed, which ended up taking multiple days to complete. Service advisors are very nice and apologetic, however. Their service schedule does not match up with the Ford scheduled maintenance, which is more that just a little disturbing. The manufacturer has a 10k, 20k, and 30k maintenance schedule, but they have a 15k and 30k, so when getting my 20k, since it had already had the 10k one, got a 15k maintenance. This makes no sense at a Ford dealership. More

I didn't know the dealership switched to Clay Cooley. However,I was assigned a new service advisor when I called. He impressed me by honoring the price for my two new tires that another company offered. However,I was assigned a new service advisor when I called. He impressed me by honoring the price for my two new tires that another company offered. He also arranged my car to be picked up and returned from my job. He did all of this the day before Thanksgiving. It was going to be a challenge for me to leave because we were short staffed for the holidays. He made me aware of the changes in my plan and/ or coverage. More

I had a coupon to get the Works for a good price. In the future the price goes up. The oil change was a quart low..
