I returned to Clay Cooley Ford for the same issue that was supposedly addressed in my previous service visit. Once again, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After paying a co was supposedly addressed in my previous service visit. Once again, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After paying a considerable amount for repairs during my initial visit, I was forced to bring my truck back when the issue wasn’t resolved. Despite leaving numerous calls and messages, it still took over a week before I received any feedback on my truck’s status. This repeated lack of communication is unacceptable, and the fact that I had to pay more to address an unresolved issue only adds to my frustration. I hope that after this second round of repairs, the problem is finally fixed. However, my confidence in this dealership has been significantly diminished. Improvements in customer service and accountability are greatly needed here. More

Much better experience than Don Davis. Seamed like they were running the shop not the shop running them. Definitely will return besides the price jumped significantly. Progress tracker said car would ready ready Friday at 6pm. Called service advisor at 11:59 am next day for an update. She finally called me 10 minutes before closing Saturday my car was ready but you wer 6pm. Called service advisor at 11:59 am next day for an update. The communication with the entire staff was amazing, always on target always on point. It was no hassle. Probably one of the easiest transactions I have ever made in a process of a vehicle. I highly recommend for any service or new car purchase you buy from here. The general manager was very communicative, the finance team was nothing short then amazing they also took a time to introduced me to their service directors and tax. Should I have any issues in the future and they were eager to help and any kind of way possible. just amazing group of people ! More

Don Davis had my car for two weeks for a two hour warranty repair and did not repair my vehicle. It is unreasonable to have someone's car for two weeks on a two hour repair and not repair the vehicle warranty repair and did not repair my vehicle. It is unreasonable to have someone's car for two weeks on a two hour repair and not repair the vehicle. My service writer did not return phone calls in a timely manor nor did she offer any solutions. I understand things happen but the people that represent your dealership should be empowered to create solutions that work for the dealership and customer. I offered to come get my car and they could call me when they were ready to make the repair and I was told that was not possible. When I called about the status of my vehicle after leaving it for two weeks I was told the technician was going on vacation so they were not sure when it would get fixed. Having a vehicle warranty only means something if you stand behind it otherwise its just a gimmick. I will be contacting Ford about my experience at this dealership. Mrs. Burns told me when I picked up my car she would contact me with a time to bring my car back, its been 5 business days and I still have not heard anything from anyone at Don Davis. More
