Quick service , everything complete in less than an hour. I did find out starting in January they will no longer honor the $50 oil change guarantee that was given to me when I bought my car. overall good, but apparently not accredited by Subaru for the Hybrid. I have to let them know in advance if I want the transmission fluid replaced because they have to order it. I was a bit concerned when I heard the dealership had been sold, but I am glad it is being run the same way it was before. Shanna was (and always has been) friendly and helpful. Ethan helped fit me in been sold, but I am glad it is being run the same way it was before. Shanna was (and always has been) friendly and helpful. Ethan helped fit me in earlier than the appointment that was available on the app, because I wasn't as good about scheduling an appointment as I should have been. Keith Miller sold me the car and is fantastic -- I try to say hello any time I come in. Ryan Samp was my go-to for my old car when he worked at another shop, so I know he is awesome too, even though I haven't needed to interact with him since getting my new car. I say positive things about this dealership whenever I hear of people looking for cars, because it's been such a positive experience every time I go in. Please keep taking great care of your employees, because they take great care of me. More

Despite staffing shortages, the entire service team worked hard to provide an excellent customer experience. I arrived without an appointment in hopes of getting an Oil Change and Tire Rotation using t worked hard to provide an excellent customer experience. I arrived without an appointment in hopes of getting an Oil Change and Tire Rotation using the Express Lane service listed on the website. However was informed that the advertised express lane "feature" was not really in place any more and only official "first come first serve" option was Saturday mornings. BUT I could wait and they would try to get me in, with an expected wait time of 2.5hours. Well they got me turned around and out of there in about an hour. Fantastic effort to pull that off. Much appreciated. More

Efforts were made to address the rear door lift without going back to the shop to avoid a charge if the matter was not covered by warranty. This was unsuccessful and the shop was able to diagnose the iss going back to the shop to avoid a charge if the matter was not covered by warranty. Part was not on hand in the in house inventory but coordinated with another customer to use their part that had been ordered in for their vehicle scheduled for a later date. Save putting back interior and return trip and travels for us for repair on a later date. More
