I particularly enjoyed his calm, laid back demeanor which made the process of purchasing a car quite enjoyable. We also dealt with Fabian who was very helpful in John’s absence. The BMW genius, Shane, was amazing in explaining every technical aspect of the new 2025 BMW X3. Every step of purchasing a new vehicle at Gebhardt was stress free and delightful (kudos for the way they treated my dog by bringing him a water bowl and showering him with pets and praise) Overall, Gebhardt set the bar very high for other car dealerships. More

Little disappointed with the service department. They hardly ever answer the phone. Than when you ask a question about your car as you are a new owner they say call the genius rather than answer They hardly ever answer the phone. Than when you ask a question about your car as you are a new owner they say call the genius rather than answer it. My last car was a Honda. They should talk to them about Customer Service. Bo, GM was a life saver. He answered my questions. 👍 More

BMW is a special organization, taking care of the customer and bringing them into the BMW fold! Before this I never thought I could own a BMW, but now have a wonderful vehicle that I will keep for life. Owning a BMW is not out of reach of the "average joe" and people should get over thinking they can't own a "luxury" car. Yes, BMW vehicles offer another level of vehicle capability, but there are many options for owning. Thank you BMW! More
