Shane was great. Dealership salesmen were not warm and friendly. When we opted for higher model of sport L the sells person instead of retaining the same discount offer reduced the discount to squeeze out more from us. This behavior is bit weird. every where any customer opts for higher model gets more discount or release retain the same discount as for the original offer More

But then I talked to Lee Walls, and honestly, it was like a breath of fresh air. Called him around lunchtime, and right away I could tell he was different. No xx, no games, just straight talk. He was knowledgable and actually seemed to care about what I wanted. The best part? No pushing extra stuff I didn't need, no weird sales tactics. Just a straightforward deal on the car I wanted at a price that made sense. Lee's knowledgable and honest approach actually helped me drop my guard - which, if you've shopped for cars lately, you know is saying something! By the same evening, I drove the car home! Bottom line: if any of my friends or family are looking for a Honda, I'm sending them straight to Lee at Lou Sobh. Zero hesitation. More
