We went to look at a '22 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited on 8/10. We originally were scheduled to meet with Andrew who greeted us nicely right away but was still working with other customers. He was nice enough to recommend Shane Mallonee to work with us. Shane was super friendly and very knowledgeable about Jeeps. We felt like we were in good hands with Shane. Shane also was an advocate for us as we went back and forth on purchase price details with his management team, saving us $3K on the overall price plus was able to get us an extra $1,200 for our trade-in than was previously offered. Shane actively worked to make sure were were 100% happy with our new purchase and our experience. There was quite a lengthy delay between the final agreement on the deal and getting us thru their insurance department and eventually to the finance dept. It took about 5 hours beginning to end for the entire process to wrap-up. That being said, Chris Walker in finance was absolutely a real pro and made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. He was so nice and took a lot of time explaining everything and answering our questions. Aside from the lengthy delay described above, the only other area of concern was that early on, manager Rich walked over and told us he already had another customer interested in the same vehicle as it had just arrived that weekend and was getting a lot of attention. He also said the vehicle was certified per-owned. We felt as though, in the moment, there was a bait-and-switch situation starting. We explained that we knew the vehicle had been there for about two weeks as we had an appointment to see it the week before but had to change the appointment due to my work schedule changing. We also explained that the vehicle was not showing as certified on the website. Shane was able to advocate for us to have Arrigo drop the per-certification charge, although not without a small negotiation battle back and forth. In the end, Shane thanked us for our business and wished us well and Andrew was nice enough to walk us out to our new car. In all, I would definitely recommend Arrigo (specifically Shane, Andrew, & Chris) as a great place to buy your next vehicle. More

Andrew and Shane were great, but our experience at this dealership was not good. From the moment we sat down to talk about the vehicle we wanted to purchase, the sales manager came over to start the actin dealership was not good. From the moment we sat down to talk about the vehicle we wanted to purchase, the sales manager came over to start the acting job of telling us someone else wanted to test drive the vehicle we were getting ready to purchase. We found the Jeep on True Car, so we knew the price and we saw it was listed as Certified. We even had an appointment 1 week prior that we had to cancel, so we knew how long the Jeep was there. Once we went over the numbers, they had added $6000 to the price of the Jeep not including normal dealer fees that you expect to pay. They had a "Certified vehicle" fee that was $3000 plus some other add on items we did not want, but we had no choice because they added them anyway and added the cost which was another $3000. They said the Jeep was listed before being certified, so once it was certified it went up. That is not how other dealers do it because we have purchased certified vehicles in the past and the price listed online is the price plus you pay normal fees. We were able to negotiate most of those fees to get them off only to find out they added them back during financing. We were told we could have the price we wanted only if we financed, so then we found out why we were told that. It is just very shady and it comes from the top. It is not the fault of the wonderful people like Andrew and Shane that we worked with. They were just doing their jobs. In the end we got the vehicle we wanted, but we spent over 5 hours at the dealership and it was not a good experience. Since we went in only to see this one Jeep to purchase, I assumed we would have been there for maybe 2 or 3 hours, but it was over 5. We actually regretted not just walking out, but we did get a great Jeep. We cannot recommend this dealership. It was also a policy that you have to transfer your auto insurance over to the new vehicle before they would complete the sale process. That is not an insurance company rule because you have at least 30 days from the insurance company to transfer your policy. This is an Arrigo rule and it made the process longer and more drawn out. That is part of the reason for the 5 hour process. More

I am happy to say that in spite of some initial hiccups with my previously enjoyed 2022 Grand Wagoneer, the management, service department and sales moved heaven and earth to remedy the issues with my vehi with my previously enjoyed 2022 Grand Wagoneer, the management, service department and sales moved heaven and earth to remedy the issues with my vehicle and get me back on the road as quick as possible. My salesperson Shane Mallonee was responsive even on his day off and got into gear the moment he heard I was having issues with my vehicle and saw through with what he said he was going to do until I was back in my vehicle and down the road. Bill Shaw in management called me directly after my previous review and assured me that he would be following up personally with my vehicle and working with the service department to make sure I got back into it before my roadtrip tomorrow. Also, he added me to a group text with the service advisor working on my vehicle and himself in the chat with me, so we could all be on the same page together. This is excellent customer service and represents something rarely found in the car business or anywhere else. In the service side, Calvin and Mike did a great job staying in communication with me and letting me know where parts were in transit and what was being down to remedy the issues I was having with my vehicle. Mike went on a test drive with me after I returned to retrieve the vehicle to personally show me what had been done and to see that the vehicle was driving correctly. All around I had a fantastic experience with this purchase and even with the service issues with the vehicle, I'm assured in knowing that in the future if something presents itself, these folks are going to be in my corner to make sure I'm back on the road as quickly and agreeably as possible.
