My new Santa Cruz is great. Dealership is horrible! My salesman Shane was pleasant. They insisted that I take it home that day and finance man and service department rushed me o Dealership is horrible! My salesman Shane was pleasant. They insisted that I take it home that day and finance man and service department rushed me out leaving off 2 center wheel covers and low pressure tires. The finance man rushed through paperwork and handed me computer thumb drive and went home while overcharging me $522 on tags. First thing Monday morning I drove back 39 miles to the Dealership and while I waited 3 hours for them to fix the things they missed I saw the salesman who directed me to Cathy who saw the mistake and assured me that the $750 tag fee for just a transfer was the mistake and I would get it returned in 10 to 14 days. After 4 weeks I got a check from NRR Hyundi for $1.51. Brought check and conflicting paperwork back and Shane and Cathy assured me I would get the right check soon. Made 5 or 6 calls and another visit then told that Dealership is so big that they have no control of this but that likely it would be applied to my loan balance. Now after 9 weeks they know nothing about this. IT IS A REAL SHAME WHEN A DEALERSHIP GETS SO BIG THAT IT NO LONGER CARES ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS. More

A dealership that isn't anywhere near as pushy or aggressive as others in the area. Shane/this dealership actually respects the fact that when you put a deposit down on a car you expect them to hold aggressive as others in the area. Shane/this dealership actually respects the fact that when you put a deposit down on a car you expect them to hold it for you, other Hyundai dealers in the Bay area have no problem selling that care to someone else and letting multiple people put deposits on the same car. Shane was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process with test drives, awaiting delivery of the car and other sales details. Final purchase price was not what I was not quite what I was promised by the sales manager but overall good deal. I would stick with Hyundai of New Port Richie, the other Hyundai dealers I worked with in the area acted like swindlers. Service center is also extremely professional and thorough. More
