On the other side in sales HORRIBLE The sales people lie about almost everything the bumper to bumper warranty that you purchase extra there is NO SUCH thing as bumper to bumper. I declined the bumper to bumper and a family member chose to accept it but get absolutely no better services that I get whom didn't pay the extra. When I asked about it thats when I was informed that there is No Such Thing as a bumper to bumper I am also in sales and you don't have to lie to to make a sale and if you do then you need to rethink your career choice. I can out sell anyone with truthfulness verses lies More

Lies, Lies and more Lies!!! I was basically approved for a loan by a bank from out of Utah, I believe it was Foresight Capital Bank. After talking to the finance manager he told I was basically approved for a loan by a bank from out of Utah, I believe it was Foresight Capital Bank. After talking to the finance manager he told me that it was a requirement for this particular bank for me to purchase an extended warranty which was $3000.00. Afterwards, I called the bank and spoke with them personally and they told me that this was absolutely not true! This is a very unfair practice that they use on unsuspecting customers to get every dime out of you that they can. Not only did this cause me to have to go to another dealership and have my credit ran, but it stopped me from getting the vehicle that I really wanted and was approved for. Just so happens, that I have actually purchased several vehicle from them in the past. They didn't care about customer loyalty or anything like that. I was lied to throughout the whole process and they lied about the interest rate as well that they quoted me. The bank had the interest rate at a lower percentage. I-95 Toyota is full of it and if you choose to use them be very careful and avoid this dealership at all cost if possible. This happened in September of 2019. More
