Everyone was welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in to the building. I got there at 7pm. I walked in and asked to take a look at a 2018 Pacifica and immediately Shan Marfani went to get the keys and in to the building. I got there at 7pm. I walked in and asked to take a look at a 2018 Pacifica and immediately Shan Marfani went to get the keys and moved the car over to the front doors. I also ask if it was possible if I can take a test drive due to it being kinda late but with no hesitation Shan had went to get a tag and next thing you know he gave the keys and said “Enjoy.” I pulled back in at 7:15 and me and the wife loved the car. We had seen two prior pacificas but we just didn’t have the “feeling” of it being the one until this one. The first one was at Carmax in White Marsh which was a 2018 lower trim but more expensive with super low miles which was nice but the center drop down DVD player wasn’t operating, the second was a 2020 limited in Brooklyn, NY and that one had missing uconnect headphones, no vacuum hose for the stow and vac, no second spare key, a small tear in the headliner, overall not the best feeling when I sat in it. Not to mention the dealership tried to tack on extended warranty and wouldn’t sell the car unless it is bought. Anyways I’m steering away from my main experience. Once we parked I told Shan we liked it and let’s see how the finance works so we began the paperwork. The dealership itself is definitely family friendly, as there is a kid play area designated for them and the awesome muscle/classic cars for sale was a great place for someone who is into cars just to look at. The kids were occupied as we were waiting for the return of lenders. Shan came back and said I had a few lenders but would try to find the best rate. Now my rate was okay, but right before we signed the paperwork. Tom (I think he was the GM) came over and we had a realistic conversation, agreed to the price shook hands and next thing you know he was able to secure even a lower rate than my initial approval of 1% less than that approved rate right before heading over to Ginger to finish the paperwork. I was out the door of the dealership by 8:50 pm and had a photo taken of us with the car at 9pm. Overall the process was so fast and easy with no complaints. I never felt intimidated or pressured to buy GAP insurance or extended warranty or anything like that from this group. I highly recommend coming here to look at your cars. The price point is fair here so you won’t get a “great deal” or “overpriced deal” it’s just price right which I had no problem paying because the condition of this Pacifica was immaculate. Overall me, the wife and the kids love it. It wouldn’t have happened either if I didn’t shop around and see the prior two Pacificas to know that this was the better one in the better condition with all the little things like unconnect headset, second key fob, dvd remote. (Which was what I was looking for in this car since it is supposed to come with it). Thanks again for reading, I hope you will have the same experience as us. Just bought my 3rd Mazda from Ritch Morton. I have experienced good customer service from Shan who I recommend as a go to sales man. I have bought 3 Mazdas from Ritch Morton over the years all from Shan. If you are thinking of buying a Mazda then go see Shan and see if he can do you a deal. More

Did the Right Thing This was my original 1-star review for this dealership: "Would not honor their own advertised web price from their website for a used car. Price wa This was my original 1-star review for this dealership: "Would not honor their own advertised web price from their website for a used car. Price was changed on their website during my test drive ($2700 higher!), but I had printed out a copy of the web page just before I arrived showing the price it had been for the previous 2 days. All the GM did was say he was sorry for the inconvenience." I am pleased to provide a happy update to the story. Eddie Coker contacted me and after some discussion via email (always courteous and professional), he agreed to sell me the car at the price originally listed. Once the price was agreed upon, they made it easy for me to take the car to my mechanic (an hour away) to check it out, then I came back the next day and we finished up the deal (mechanic drooled over the car and said it was absolutely perfect.) I called ahead and Bill made sure all the paperwork was ready for me when I came back so it was a quick transaction. Kudos to Eddie Coker and the rest of the team for doing the right thing and putting the customer first. Although it was a rough start, in the end I am a happy customer. More

Unusual great experience from a car dealership This was by far a positive NO PRESSURE experience! We were greeted by the manager (unknown to us) as we found out later. The sales person Ashley was so pleasant and helpful on the phone. When we arrived, she was unavailable.Shan stated she wouldn’t be very long. With no pressure we asked him if he could set us up with a test drive. He is very knowledgeable and easy going. He assured us they work together and it was not a problem. The car is exactly what my husband was looking for.It was used and SPOTLESS . Low mileage great deal. We didn’t have to play the b.s. game. The first # quoted was out, than in a few minutes Neal came over,gave us a fantastic deal and what we wanted for our trade in. All were happy ! Ashley even let me borrow her phone charger even though she missed this sale,she was a sweetheart!!! VERY PLEASANTLY SUPRISED!!!!! Check it out. You will be amazed at their family feel at ease no pressure sale!!! More

Mr. Bartlow and Mr, Marfani had it ready when I came in. Mr. Marfani was very helpful without applying high pressure tactics. I got the exact car I wanted at a great price, at a better rate than the pre-approved financing I had when I came to the dealership all in a little over an hour. I would definitely recommend both the dealership and Mr. Marfani. More

Excellent people and service I was looking to buy a used Mazda 6. As usual, visited a few dealerships and websites and read reviews. I stop the search when visiting Rich Morton Ma I was looking to buy a used Mazda 6. As usual, visited a few dealerships and websites and read reviews. I stop the search when visiting Rich Morton Mazda, I was attended by Shan Marfani, very nice person, a gentlemen, cero pressure and knew well the story of the car I was looking. After a test drive, plus the security of buying from a reputable dealer, I went ahead with the purchase, after wifes approval of course. Even though I live in Chevy Chase, it was worth the drive to Pasadena MD. They had the best price security combination in my book. What really made the sale was Shan; the morning I drove there was snowing and coming from two 2 other dealers that were kind of pressuring me to go ahead with the purchase, I instinctively back out on those situations... with shan It was easy and direct. I highly recommend the drive there if you are coming from Chevy Chase, Bethesda area. More
