We just leased an Audi Q4 e-tron from Adam at Audi Marin. Adam was friendly and knowledgeable, even fun, as we looked at and drove the vehicle. The Q4 in the email lease offer in our color had sold the prior day, however Adam hustled and advocated for us, and he and Shah worked hard to earn our business and reach a fair deal on a Q4 that was the right color and also an upgrade from the advertised model. Adam was professional and upbeat throughout; his experience shows. I was impressed with Adam’s dedication …several hours after we’d left, he was still at the dealership, this is 10pm, making sure our car would be ready and fully charged the next morning …and at 9am the next morning, we met back at the dealership to discuss remaining details and do paperwork. After the sale, Adam, as he said he would, had the service department call me to book an appointment for a software update that was necessary to resolve an issue of concern. Adam goes above and beyond; he truly cares about the customer and providing a positive experience. More
