Service dept needs more training. I was told that the body shop would come over while my explorer was being serviced for a recall. Not true. I had to do that myself. I was told by I was told that the body shop would come over while my explorer was being serviced for a recall. Not true. I had to do that myself. I was told by the service dept would call be back because the didn’t know if they could service the two recalls I have. Well 3 days later no one called me back. Huh!! I called them again. Then when I picked up my car No receipt that told me what they did. A lot of room for improvement. Poor customer service. When you question them. They just get mad at you. More

Dahl ford has always treated me very well. I was scheduled service today to check my 12 volt battery and sensor which according to Ford has been causing sync 4a updates to fail. Everything che I was scheduled service today to check my 12 volt battery and sensor which according to Ford has been causing sync 4a updates to fail. Everything checked out well, I was told my truck had the most current sync update that was available to them even though there are newer update available for the lightning. Contacting ford once again I discovered that ford doesn't make the new updates available to the dealer when they first come out. I told the Ford representative the dealers should have these updates available to them the moment they are available. Hopefully this will be the norm in the future. If a customer has trouble with OTA updates the could go to their dealership to get them pushed. At this point the dealerships hands are tie & can only push updates that ford makes available to them even though there are newer updates. Dahl ford does an excellent job even with the restrictions ford puts on their dealers. More

They were very prompt in keeping me up to date on my daughters car repair as I live approximately 4 hours away. Didn’t like that it took an hour. They stated I need new tires in the fall. The front tires were new in September of 2020. They are rated 80000 mike tires and they are lucky to They stated I need new tires in the fall. The front tires were new in September of 2020. They are rated 80000 mike tires and they are lucky to have 25000 miles on them. I do not think they will or should be replaced in the fall. I keep getting asked if I want to flush things such as the radiator, brake lines and the Transmission . I never plan to flush them, so it would be great if they stopped asking. For an oil change My expectation is to be in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you. More
