My routine oil change took much too long. I took my automobile in for a routine oil change which ought not to have taken more than half an hour. When I arrived I was told that it would take an hour - without any explanation as to why it would take so long. The waiting area was full, which was not a good sign. An hour floated by and then another hour. All told, my routine oil change required two hours, which ate into my work day. More
