I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past and never had any issues, but this most recent experience was completely different. The salesman was great, friendly, helpful, and professional. No complaints there. The managers worked hard to make the deal happen, and I appreciate that. However, even considering it wasn’t the easiest deal, spending over six hours at the dealership felt excessive. My previous two purchases with them were wrapped up in half that time, so this process just felt unnecessarily slow and drawn out. Unfortunately, the finance manager, Shady Diab, ruined the overall experience. He became visibly upset when I declined to purchase their overpriced GAP insurance and extended warranties, even raising his voice and talking down to me. That behavior was uncalled for and very unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I left the dealership, the thumb drive with my paperwork wasn’t included in the packet, and I had to return two days later to get it. Overall, I would still recommend this dealership based on my past experiences and the professionalism of the sales team, but I would strongly suggest avoiding any interaction with Shady Diab in the finance office. More

If I could rate Shady Diab with less than one star I would. He knows nothing about the cars he’s selling, rude, and arrogant.
